CURTINA X405 is a patented aluminum profile that builds a concealed curtain niche in a stretch ceiling. Two hook tracks carry curtains and sheers; a dedicated shelf holds an LED strip — so drapery falls straight from the ceiling plane, with a soft line of light and no visible cornice.

Built for harpoon-fastened stretch ceilings with side membrane insertion. The membrane can be removed without damage, and the LED strip (up to 14 mm) can be replaced without touching the membrane. AluminUS supplies from Miami, FL for projects across Florida and neighboring states — Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana and South Carolina.

  • Curtain tracks: 2 (curtain + sheer)
  • Integrated lighting: shelf for LED strip up to 14 mm wide
  • Material: anodized aluminum
  • Finishes: white matte, black matte
  • Lengths: 2000 / 2200 / 3200 mm
  • Membrane attachment: harpoon, side insertion
  • Market: Florida and Southeast US stretch-ceiling installs

Installation

Fastening

Fasten the profile to the ceiling using self-tapping screws or anchors through mounting angle brackets. The fixing spacing must not exceed 1.5 m.

Jointing

Create joints without transitions or visible gaps using a 2 mm rod and a 15 mm connecting band.

Ceiling membrane insertion

Insert a standard-cut membrane using a standard straight spatula. For freestanding cornice niches, bond the membrane to the end cap.
