INVISIA X206 is a ceiling-mounted shadow gap profile for stretch ceilings with a harpoon membrane fastening system. It creates a 7.7 mm reveal and is especially useful where wall attachment is not possible.
The profile is suitable for bypassing complex walls while preserving a clean shadow-gap perimeter.

Installation

Fastening
Fasten the profile to the ceiling using self-tapping screws or anchors through mounting angle brackets. The fixing spacing should not exceed 300 to 350 mm.
Jointing
Create joints without transitions or visible gaps using a 2 mm rod.
Ceiling membrane insertion
Insert the standard-cut membrane using a spatula with a working part at least 35 mm long and angled at 15 to 45 degrees.
Ceiling membrane removal
Insert the spatula between the harpoon and the profile locking lip, heat the harpoon, press on the membrane, and move the spatula along the profile. The membrane can be removed without damage and reused.
